WHY IS THIS PROGRAM IMPORTANT TO YOU?
After participation in a CPR program you will receive valuable skills and knowledge. You can recognize a life-threatening emergency, know how and when to activate an emergency medical system, create a postive outcome from an emergency situation, understand normal heart and lung functionality, how to provide basic life support, how to clear an obstucted airway (choking), understand the risk factors for a heart attack and/or stroke, and of course, how to take care of yourself and your heart more effectively!
